| We endeavour to post your orders out within 24 hours of you placing the order. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to to discuss further. We mainly use Australia Post, courier company and on occasion, we will deliver it personally.
On certain occasion, if the order arrives too late for your event, we truely apologies for the delay and do advise you to plan ahead and to allow for postal company some delays that might arise. Unused items can be return to us and a full refund will be given, But please let me know.
